Sarah Harvey - Founder
What makes Sarah different is her blend of psychological insight and real-world organisational experience. Before founding her business in 2003, she led HR teams through major organisational changes and challenges. She’s since served as a Non-Executive Director for a mental health charity and worked with hundreds of clients in the private, public and charity sectors. She really understands what makes organisations tick at every level.
Sarah is a leadership coach, trainer, facilitator and workplace mediator with over 35 years of experience. With her First Class BSc in Psychology, Masters in Organisational Psychology (completion 2025), Masters Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, and Chartered FCIPD/FIoL status, Sarah brings both academic rigour and practical know-how to every assignment. She's the person senior leaders turn to when they want to create high-trust environments where teams excel through exceptional everyday conversations.
