Sarah Harvey - Founder

What makes Sarah different is her blend of psychological insight and real-world organisational experience. Before founding her business in 2003, she led HR teams through major organisational changes and challenges. She’s since served as a Non-Executive Director for a mental health charity and worked with hundreds of clients in the private, public and charity sectors. She really understands what makes organisations tick at every level.

Sarah is a leadership coach, trainer, facilitator and workplace mediator with over 35 years of experience. With her First Class BSc in Psychology, Masters in Organisational Psychology (completion 2025), Masters Diploma in Executive Coaching and Leadership Mentoring, and Chartered FCIPD/FIoL status, Sarah brings both academic rigour and practical know-how to every assignment. She's the person senior leaders turn to when they want to create high-trust environments where teams excel through exceptional everyday conversations.

Sarah combines sound thinking with a touch of fun to create lasting positive change. She takes complex ideas about workplace psychology and turns them into practical actions that make a real difference. Her STREETCREDS® framework helps leaders and teams have the right conversations, in the right way, at the right time.

Steph Taylor - People and Wellbeing Expert

Steph brings a blend of psychology, HR expertise and business understanding to her training delivery. With 20 years' experience in HR roles at Sainsbury's, she's passionate about creating positive workplace cultures where people can thrive.

Her areas of expertise include:
  • Mental health and wellbeing training
  • Management and leadership development
  • Employee engagement
  • Project management and change
Steph's background in psychology and HR means she understands what makes people tick and how to create positive change that sticks. She's particularly skilled at helping organisations build supportive, high-performing cultures.

Janet Webb - Management Development Specialist

Janet brings 25 years of practical learning and development experience with a refreshingly direct and down-to-earth approach.
Janet's particular strengths include:
  • Getting new managers off to a strong start
  • Building presentation skills and confidence
  • Developing critical thinking skills
  • Helping teams make effective decisions
Her approach combines solid skill development with practical techniques that help people do things they thought they never could. No corporate jargon, just straightforward development that works either one-to-one or in groups.

Ruth Dover – Training and Development Expert

Ruth has a gift for creating training programmes that make real change happen. With over 20 years' experience working with organisations from the NHS to global corporations, she specialises in:
  • Creating and delivering management development programmes that stick
  • Expert facilitation of action learning sets
  • Helping teams and individuals build confidence and capability
  • Train the trainer programmes
Ruth works with everyone from senior executives to front-line staff, bringing a practical, skilful approach that gets results. She's known for enabling participants to tackle their real workplace challenges head-on through carefully designed programmes and coaching.
