Our Savvy Teams Workshop Cards help team members reflect, analyse and discuss how they are working together. The process of sorting the cards promotes a shared understanding of the specific attributes that are either contributing to or getting in the way of becoming a super-successful team.
The cards may be used by internal or external facilitators when working with teams of up to 12 participants. Multiple sets of cards can be used when working with larger groups. The cards can also be used when working with Leadership Teams and on a one-to-one basis as part of a coaching solution.
